Carnivore: mysis and frozen foods. Feed small portions 1–2 times a day and rotate foods for a balanced diet.

Temperature 75–80°F, salinity 1.023–1.026 SG, pH 8.1–8.4, alkalinity 8–12 dKH, nitrate under 20 ppm. Minimum tank: 30 gal. Pairs with a pistol shrimp. Needs a sand bed. Acclimate slowly and quarantine before adding to a display tank.
