The DP-5 is a new, affordable dosing pump with 5 dosing heads. You can program each pump up to 24 times a day and dispense a precise amount of solution, which allows a user to keep their tank parameters stable, and removes the need for mixing supplements daily. The controller is easy to use and advanced, and each pump can be programmed individually. The DP-5 is perfect for any tank, as it allows for dosing in both large and small increments. The DP-5 comes with a power supply and is plug and play after it is calibrated with a 100mL graduated cylinder or measuring cup (not included).

An opportunistic omnivore, the Pithos Crab will scavenge detritus, uneaten food, and algae — making it a natural cleanup crew member. Supplement with small meaty foods like mysis shrimp or pellets 2–3x per week if natural food sources are limited.

The Pithos Crab thrives in stable, well-maintained reef conditions. Target parameters: temperature 72–78°F, salinity 1.025–1.026 SG, pH 8.1–8.4, and alkalinity 8–12 dKH. A mature, established tank of at least 20 gallons is recommended.

Generally considered reef-safe. The Pithos Crab coexists well with most corals and peaceful fish. Use caution with very small invertebrates or slow-moving tankmates. Provide ample rockwork and hiding spots to reduce territorial behavior.
